Edward Sutkowski (“Ed”), Esq. is a highly regarded lawyer with over 50 years of experience practicing tax law at the nation’s highest level. He’s the guy you want standing in your corner when Uncle Sam comes calling. Ed has argued and defended cases at every level of court you can imagine, even all the way up to the Supreme Court of the United States of America. An accomplished author, editor, professor, speaker and member of numerous boards, Ed even finds time to host a PBS television series. Ed is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison (BA) and of the University of Illinois, College of Law at Champaign-Urbana (LLB).

Charles LeFebvre (“Chuck”), Esq. is an accomplished lawyer and banker that can’t seem to quench his endless thirst for knowledge. An honorary student at the highest levels of academia, his pursuit to become a trusted banker and lawyer has taken him to four prestigious universities. Chuck was a partner and associate attorney for a reputable Midwest law firm. He has served in numerous executive roles at banks and insurance companies where he stewarded approximately $1 billion in assets. Never forgetting his Midwest roots, this sharp as a tack guy with a heart of gold even welcomes a slice of humble pie every now and then, that is if it’s cherry. Chuck is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana (BS) and the University of Illinois College of Law (JD).
